How do I schedule a service?

You can call our office, text us, or submit a request through our website. Once we confirm details, we’ll place you on our schedule and provide a service window.

Do I need to be home on the day of service?

No, you don’t need to be present. As long as we have access to the work area, our crew can complete the job and send before-and-after photos for your records.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, or card. Payment can be given directly to the technician, dropped off at our office, or completed securely online. Invoices are sent by email for your convenience.

Can I request an estimate first?

Yes, we provide free estimates. Depending on the service, we may be able to give you a quote over the phone with photos, or schedule an in-person visit if needed.

Do you offer recurring service plans?

Yes, many customers set up annual or semi-annual maintenance visits. We’ll track your schedule and send reminders so you don’t have to.

How do I get updates or confirm my appointment?

Our office will send a reminder before your appointment and a notification when our crew is on the way. If anything changes, you’ll be notified right away.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Just give us a call or email at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule. We’re flexible and will work with you to find a new time.

Do you provide photos of the work?

Yes, all jobs include before-and-after photos so you can see exactly what was done, even if you’re not home.

Is your team insured and trained for safety?

Yes, our technicians are fully insured and trained in ladder safety, harnesses, and fall protection when required.

How soon can you schedule me?

Availability depends on the season and workload. In peak months, we may book out 1–2 weeks. Contact us early to reserve your preferred date.
